Hi, I’m Merve. I design custom systems to help creatives and consultants manage their workload easily and efficiently.
Here are some key facts about me:
- I’m a Notion Ambassador and a recommended creator in the official Notion Template Gallery.
- I have 4 years of experience in designing Notion systems and built 40+ Notion systems and templates.
- I have a background in UI design and content management systems and 15+ years of experience working directly with clients.
- I co-created Formula Lab, the study and practice guide that teaches Notion formulas.
- I write a monthly LinkedIn newsletter called Notion Dive, featuring Notion systems, features, and formulas.
- I’m the creator and host of the Spark Zone YouTube channel, where we showcase multiple solutions to a single problem.
The Promise
Up until 2020, I was using a combination of tools. But none of them fulfilled my needs, my systems were messy, and occasionally, some tasks slipped through the cracks.
That state of constant juggling and being unsure of the next thing caused me a lot of stress. I was:
- constantly in planning mode,
- paralysed by indecisiveness,
- trying to tackle today without considering tomorrow.
I couldn’t see any growth opportunities because I didn’t have the perspective or the headspace to think about it.
Then, one day, I discovered Notion, which enabled me to create custom systems for my business and life. I became:
- more organised and productive,
- efficiently delivering valuable tasks,
- feeling good about my efforts.
After years of practice learning Notion’s advanced features and productivity and relentlessly perfecting my systems, I started to design systems professionally to help others achieve their goals without burning out.
Since 2023, I’ve been helping creatives and consultants love Mondays by designing bespoke Notion systems that “fit like a glove.”
